Strategically positioned in the heart of the Olympic Green area, Huamao Place is an expansive mixed-use development encompassing a sprawling 550,000 square meters. This vibrant urban oasis seamlessly integrates luxury apartments, a trendy shopping street, a five-star cinema, a supermarket, department stores, a clubhouse, a public square, and lush landscaping.
Our company was tasked with designing and implementing an energy-efficient LED lighting upgrade for the exterior facade of this iconic complex. The primary objective was to enhance the overall illumination while simultaneously reducing energy consumption and minimizing environmental impact.
We achieved this by installing 420 sets of state-of-the-art LED wall washers, strategically positioned to accentuate the architectural features and create a captivating nighttime spectacle. This strategic lighting upgrade resulted in a remarkable 65% reduction in energy consumption, demonstrating the significant sustainability benefits of embracing cutting-edge LED technology.
